Order Processing

  • Orders are processed the same business day when placed before our daily order cutoff time.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

Your shipping method will be selected at checkout based on the option you choose.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1–3 business days

Please note that these are estimated transit times provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order promptly, Aromave is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Aromave is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with USPS to help resolve the issue and provide the best possible solution.
