Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Aromave will provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns under our satisfaction guarantee, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
